At most executive events, the conversations that matter start too late: on the last afternoon, in a corridor, or once everyone is back home. By then the business cards are in a drawer. After years of building relationships between executives on three continents, we decided to build the tool we were missing. It is called C-Level Space, and it is now ready for organisers of executive events.
What it is
C-Level Space gives each event its own private networking space. Before the event, attendees find whom they want to meet. After it, they pick up what was left pending — the document they promised to send, the person who was too busy to talk on the day — without anyone having to swap an email address. It does not replace the registration tool or the event app: it adds the private room where the conversations start earlier and carry on longer.
Built the opposite way
Most event platforms let exhibitors scan badges and collect attendees' details. We built the opposite, and every space follows the same rules:
- Nobody sees anyone's email address — not other attendees, not sponsors.
- Nobody writes without asking first. A conversation opens only when the other person says yes, and saying no costs nothing.
- Nobody is watched: the platform does not record who views whom.
- Data stays in the European Union, stored in Frankfurt, with no third-party trackers.
The rules are the same in every space. Everything else carries the event's own identity: its name, its colour, its dates, its sector, and the logos of the sponsors the organiser chooses.
For organisers and sponsors
Each event gets its own space, which opens before the event and closes after it on dates agreed with the organiser, and the attendees of one event never see those of another. Every space comes with set-up, training and support; there is no software-only version. For a series of events, every further edition is one more space, not a new project.
